Yield per hectare: 140 quintals
Vinification process: soft crushing with stalks removal. Fermentation ni stainless steel with maceration of thegrapes for about 15 days with temperature control at around 25°C.
After fermentation, the wine si aged first for about 6 months, later bottled and aged.
Colour: intense red with violet reflections
Bouquet: ripe red fruit smells with cherry, currant and
purple flower notes
Taste: full-bodied, intense, a perfectly harmonic and tannic taste.
Serving temperature: to be served at 16°-18° C.
Food pairing: itgoes very wel with important main courses, grilled red meat, salami, fresh and seasoned cheeses.
CERASUOLO D’ABRUZZO DOC/DOP
Grape variety: Montepulciano
Production area: Pianella-Pescara
Yield per hectare: 140 quintals
Vinification: soft pressing with stalks removal. Short cold maceration; fermentation at approximately 16°C and steel refining.
Colour: bright pink cherry, enriched with vibrant purplish reflections.
Bouquet: fresh strawberry and cherry bouquet with floral notes
Taste: excellent balance between volume, softness and acidity
Serving temperature: 12-14° C
Food pairing: early summer dishes, soups and cereals, white meat, fish soup and pizza.

Grape variety: autochthonous Pecorino 100%
Production area: Pianella-Pescara
Yield per hectare: 160 quintals
Vinification: soft pressing with stalks removal.
Short cold maceration and soft pressing; fermentation ta
