Grape yield per hectare: 80-100 quintals Harvesting method.
Manual Harvesting period: End of October /beginning of November.
Wine making process and refinement: Fermentation with skins at controlled temperature;
wine extraction with soft pressing. Refinement in stainless steel tanks (6 months) ,
in barriques (18 months), bottles (36 months) before release.
Bouquet: Rich bouquet of vanilla, tobacco, cherries and licorice.
Taste: Long lasting and harmonic.
Alcohol Content: 14.5% vol.
Service temperature: 16/18 ° C
To taste with: First courses with truffles and mushrooms, boar meat, red meat, seasoned cheeses and cold cut.
